Think of The Biking Market as a shopping mall with a multiple store inside it. Cycling stores will join as sellers and list their available inventory in their storefront for purchase.
Shop across all sellers at once or visit an individual seller's storefront to find what you are looking for.

Finding Products
Use the search bar at the top of each page to search across all sellers in the marketplace. Once inside of a seller's store, you search their catalog by navigating to the tab titled "Catalog".
At any time, you can use the category bar at the top of site to browse products by category. You can narrow the results to your preferences from the results page.
Finding Stores
To search for store, click the "search Stores" Button at the top of the site. You'll be routed to the seller search page, where you search for specific sellers.
Unless you're logged in as a seller, you will only be able to view profiles ( and products) from retailers. All sellers have access to purchase from suppliers.
Checkout
When you make a purchase, you're buying directly from the store and not The Biking Market. Simply find the product(s) you're interested in, add them to your cart (or click buy now), and checkout.

Shipping & Store Pick-up
Each seller will specify, in the listing, if a product can be shipped or if it can only be picked up in store.
Items Being Shipped
In each listing, sellers will designate if an item has free shipping or if there's a shipping cost. For items with shipping costs, the seller will either set a fixed shipping price for shipping or shipping will be calculated during the checkout process.
Store Pick up Only
For pick-up items, once a seller receives your order, they will remove it from the available inventory (off the shelf if physical location), and have it ready for you when you arrive.
Requesting a Refund
If you an issue with your purchase, please contact the seller directly to get it resolved. For refunds, simply request a refund from you orders page in your buyer account.
Once received the seller process it and respond back to you with instructions or more questions.
Seller Support
Each seller is equipped with a customer support management tool. If you have general inquiries or need torequest support from the seller, you can do so on the seller's profile.
Sellers will work to resolve your issues as quick as possible.
